Employers take initial steps to improve transparency

Although there are no legal obligations on organisations to be open about pay, transparency in the workplace is becoming more important as it can promote fairness among employees and can foster a sense of trust between employers and their staff. In response to its growing relevance, IDR conducted a survey to understand the extent to which employers are being candid with their workforces about pay and the structure of pay.
