The success of the NHS vaccination programme has brought us to the point where we can begin to imagine the possibility of life and work after coronavirus. As a result, we’re able to consider once more all sorts of issues that never really went away. In this issue we look at one of these – the important question of pay gaps in relation to gender and ethnicity. Here at IDR, we’ve worked with a number of organisations on the former. We’re expanding our capacities around the latter and we hope to be working with partners very soon. Pay Climate is a subscription service offered by IDR.
