We will present findings from our poll of employers’ pay intentions for 2025, as well as the latest trends in pay awards, inflation and the labour market, which will help you stay informed of the latest developments in pay and hear insights on the context and outlook for the coming year.
The session will provide an opportunity for discussion with IDR experts and industry peers to help you reflect on your own pay decisions and set them in a wider context.
