She was previously employed as a Senior Project Manager within the bespoke research department at IDS and led a wide variety of projects, including large-scale pay and benefits benchmarking projects, specialist research for the Pay Review Bodies, job evaluation, membership surveys and pay clubs.
Louisa has undertaken a range of research activities, including designing and distributing bespoke salary surveys, undertaking case studies and interviews, the interpretation and analysis of official datasets and literature reviews.

Louisa has a BA Hons. In Sociology from the University of Reading and an MA in Human Rights from the University of Sussex.
